The room was especially good. It was very spacious, elegantly furnished, including table and chairs to sit having a lovely continental breakfast delivered to our room as and when requested. The bathroom was new, sumptiously fitted out with an excellent shower.
Nothing, apart from a problem with noise. In the middle of the night emergency vehicles passing by with sirens on full blare did wake us up. However, the proprietor told us that triple glazing is on order from Germany and will be installed by Christmas so problem solved.
Staff was friendly and helpful when they were there. It was a very homey place
Although great location , very noisy , street noise.
Street noise can be excessive, but otherwise great location.
Great place to stay fantastic location the beds were very comfy and the room a good size I would defiantly stay here again.
Nice large room. Very clean. Beautiful bathroom. Wonderful hosts. Pleasant breakfast on the balcony with excellent coffee. Easy access to all the places we wanted to go in Rome.
Not much they can do about this, but the hotel is a half block off of a very busy intersection/transit stop. There must be a hospital nearby because it was quite noisy and many occasions of emergency vehicles/sirens going by during the night. It is easily remedied with earplugs, and with them, we slept just fine.
excellent location.large very clean rooms and excellent service from the owners and staff.
We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff were so friendly and the location was super, allowing us to walk, take a taxi or bus, very convenient. Will definitely stay again if I am ever visiting Rome!
It is in the heart of the city, so there is traffic and city noise.
Excellent place, large comfortable rooms, well decorated, exceptionally clean, very friendly atmosfere. We are sure to come back.
A very welcoming, centrally located and well-appointed guest house. The owner/propietor and his niece were perfect hosts advising on the best of attractions in and around the hotel and the wider city in general - including what has to be the best gelataria in Roma (adjacent to the Pantheon). The rooms are of very generous proportions and the bathrooms are very modern with 'drench' showers. Breakfasts can be taken on the small terrace and always includes a combination of cereal, yogurt and a range of bread/pastries. An excellent base for sightseeing in Roma.
One minor criticism, that is the only downside of the location is the noise of the traffic adjacent to the Guest House
Carlotta and Paulo are extremely kind and accommodating. Perfect location for visiting Rome. Clean, comfortable room and bathroom. Excellent breakfast! Would definitely stay here again.
I think the staff was probably the best bit. Carlotta was so friendly and very helpful. The rooms were spacious and clean. The shower was great! I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone
No complaints at all. This place was fantastic
This hotel/Band B is stylish and classical in the rooms but modern in the bathrooms- great shower! The location is great- walking distance from most of the main tourist attractions with a taxi rank only one minute away. The owner was very helpful with suggestions for our trip. Would highly recommend !
Fantastic personal service with great location.
Parking locally is awful and costs 40 euros per day in local garage.
The b&b is a short walk from all the major sights in Rome and from some great areas to eat. The rooms are exceptionally large for the area and price range, furnished with antiques, but with a modern, efficient bathroom. There is a sense of being a guest in a large, tasteful apartment. The beds are large and comfortable, and the staff - when available - are friendly and eager to help.
The location just off Largo di Torre Argentina is very noisy, day and night. It is a big traffic hub for buses, taxis and trams. My son slept through it every night, but I found it distracting.
a very charming flat with few rooms. nice location and friendly host. a first class B+B.
we missed a lounge or terrasse to sit and relax in. go for the front rooms and not the room to the court. too noisy .
